Bollito Magro! is a series about Sicilian food made in Palermo during Photobuster, a collective project of Cesura in which the group’s photographers are “unleashed” in a city to photograph its most intimate aspects. Bollito magro! is a tour among the pillars of the Palermo anointed, in which the ancient tradition of Sicilian street food is shown in a pornographic way.
